Readers take transformation global: the Whatever Next? Readers’ Wall goes live with photos from around the world

LONDON, 20 October 2025
Just two months after the launch of her debut book Whatever Next? — Making Transformation More Human, More Honest, and More Likely to Stick, author Lisa Woodall has been overwhelmed by the response from early readers. More than 45 readers have already shared photos of themselves with the book — on planes, trains, at conferences, with pets, on desks, and everywhere in between — sparking the creation of the new Whatever Next? Readers’ Wall at whatevernextbook.com/readers-wall.

“I’m blown away by the creativity and warmth of the responses,” says Woodall. “Every photo tells its own story, where people are reading, thinking, reflecting, or sharing the book with colleagues. It’s exactly what I hoped Whatever Next? would do start conversations that travel.”

The Readers’ Wall celebrates the growing community of transformation practitioners, leaders, and designers who have connected with the book’s five human-centred lenses: Reflect, Reimagine, Reframe, Rewire, and Reconnect.

From Amsterdam to Sydney, from home offices to boardrooms, readers are proudly showing where transformation thinking is landing. One early reader described the experience as “a book you don’t just read, you live with.”

Lisa is now on a mission to collect a photo from every reader, whether they bought directly from her website or through Amazon. You can see the photos at whatevernextbook.com/readers-wall. New readers can get their photo added by tagging their photos with #WhateverNextBook on LinkedIn. Or sending them directly to [email protected].

“Transformation is about connection,” adds Woodall. “This wall is proof that connection travels — through pages, conversations, and now, pictures.”

About Whatever Next?
Whatever Next? isn’t another playbook — it’s the conversation you wish you’d had before starting transformation. Through five lenses, it helps readers see, design, and sustain change that sticks.
