Delivery Timescales
Please allow 5-10 days for the book to arrive – it can take longer if being dispatched outside of the UK.
Refund and Returns
Due to the nature of book sales, refunds are not available once your order has been placed.
However, if your book arrives damaged in the post, I will happily send a replacement copy at no extra cost.
Please email within 3 days of delivery and include:
- A photo of the damaged item
- Your order number or confirmation email
- Your preferred shipping address (if different from the original)
We aim to resolve all replacement requests promptly and appreciate your understanding.
